50% of total bill is due a week before start of services. The remainder is due upon completion of services (within 1 day).  

If you cancel or change your booking within that week before travel, there are NO refunds of that deposit.  This is due to not being able to book with another customer on short notice. If you also shorten your travel plans while away, the full agreed upon amount is still due.
